A lot of cultures view the Duende differently. Some view it as a creature who leads travelers back home but some believes that it curses or leads travelers astray like the Tikbalang.
This was very interesting, I enjoyed it. I knew 6 of these, but they're ones you don't hear about. I liked learning more about the ones I knew & of course the ones I didn't. Very cool :)
This article was awesome. It reminds me of something Id read on Cracked.com. The Doppelganger section was pretty creepy though. I was with a few friends one day working on a play. Then someone came up to me with a news article (There were news articles everywhere, It was our set and prop) and it had a girl who looked exactly like me. I read it and it said that this girl was from Israel, and has been in a coma for 20 years after she got mugged. And that she finally passed away. I still have the picture of the article. That just tripped me out O.o
Wow, I love this article. I'm a big fan of unique mythical creatures. Everyone else(myself included sometimes) focus on vampires and werewolves like they are the supreme of creatures, when in reality, there is an abundance of creepy dwellers that we have yet to pay attention to.
This was a really great article, I love finding out about other culture's creatures and mythology! Kudos to you for writing this! Also, I have found Loki's son, haha. =]
This was an awesome article. I love hearing about these type things, and I remember studying greek mythology in school, wish we would have went into other mythology. :) Love, love, loved it!
That's a sick article, in a good way of course :P surprisingly the most creepy one to me is Doppleganger, since I didn't know it represented evil, interesting. Cool article
