This story, by Theycallmeadream, is based on two characters that are different in so many ways. John is your average popular guy who plays for the high school's football team. Shy and smart Ivy is a 16-year old girl who receives little attention from her flight attendant mother and is the constant third-wheel in the relationship between Kim, her best friend, and Kim's boyfriend, Matty.

Emotions begin to emerge as Ivy starts tutoring John for his English class. As the third-wheel of the group, Ivy has always imagined seeing two people fall in love but never expects that it could happen to her, especially not with John.
