I wasn’t sure if any of the other girls had seen Harry and me together, but I didn’t really care. They could have been watching from inside the bus. It would have been easy.

One thing was certain. If they had been, I would be hearing about it later. It could be praise for kissing the cutest boy on the bus. It could be scolding for being so reckless. Either way, I was going to hear about it.

Route 66 is one of the longest stretches of road in the USA. On it lies several towns, hundreds of shops, dozens of rest stops, and endless desert. The only thing more daunting than actually making that disgustingly long ride is the idea of being stranded on it. This becomes reality for ten strangers on one hot summer day.

Five best friends, Darcy, Brenna, Elle, Taylor, and Healey, planned an amazing getaway as their last hurrah before they parted ways in the fall. It was going to be a trip to remember, and that's certainly what it turned into.

Shortly after their journey across country, they come across a large bus broken down on the side of the road, and that is where their adventure begins. Inside the bus are the five boys that make up the band One Direction.

A few of the girls are reluctant to bring the boys along, but they know leaving the boys behind could mean death - or at least a mild form of heat stroke - so they all begin their wild adventure back towards civilization.

Get Your Kicks is an amazing romance featuring the lovely members of One Direction. The story is filled with an insane amount of drama, which could rival shows like True Blood and The Vampire Diaries. There isn't a dull moment in this ongoing tale, and that's my favorite thing about it.

I highly recommend this story for anyone who loves One Direction, romance, and enough drama to quench their thirst!
