OK. Uhm... Anna? (Can I call you by your name? )
-exhales- Are we still talking about censorhip? Because I can't really see any relevance at all.
And just wanna say something about the search warrant and schools. :) You know, the school seaches our bags, lockers, even our clothes just to check if we're bringing celphones ('cause phones aren't allowed in our school).
You know, school has their own rules and they're just checking if the students are following the rules the've set in. :)
And by the way, in addition with what I've said below, the 4th amendment doesn't have to do anything with citizenship; it covers a whole lot new topic which is about privacy. Even if it doesn't cover children (and I haven't read anything about that. Where did you exactly read that it doesn't cover kids. Can you give me the source?) the 14th amendment says that everyone born and naturalized in the States are American Citizens.
You cannot assume already that children, who are not under the 4th amendment, are not US Citizens.
The 4th amendment talks about a person's privacy and about unreasonable searches/warrants/etc. And in what I've read and watched in some videos before, a member of police or investigators can only be granted warrant to search premises or get things if they have enough evidence or whatsoever againts this particular person.
Again, 4th amendment talks about privacy.
Seriously, can you elaborate to ME what does that have to DO with censorship?
