long distance running is something i could never do, that's why i'm a sprinter lol xD and i'd probably cry if i had to run more than a mile with weights, i'm quite lazy sometimes -__- our warm up for track is 2 miles, and i always sprint the first mile but then die the next because i can't pace myself right xD but it's ok, as long as i always get the gold in my events the coaches are happy :)
