To be honest, I probably wont.
As for the background, if you go to 'CSS' on the sidebar at http://www.mibba.com/users/ under 'Profile' you will get a blank page. Scroll down a bit under that box and click the link that says 'Click here to use one of our pre-made layouts.' There you'll find a whole bunch of layouts you can use. Mine wont be on there because I custom made mine, but there are tonnes of other good ones.
