I say you do it. The worst thing in life is to leave yourself with a "what if". I know it SOUND scary, but it's really not as bad as most say. It might come out awkward, sure, but at least you had the guts to do it. I asked out MY boyfriend the second time and we've been going steady since May. :) So take a whack at it. If he says no, oh well. Everything happens for a reason and this is your chance to really get out there and show you CAN do it. It's really not that bad. :D
