haha. x] i need to start doing my work when i tell myself to. i'm getting so lazy nowadays; i even get too lazy to go to bed or eat. i didn't even think that was possible.

haha, exactly! but writing the entire thing takes a lot of dedication and stuff; i mean, you don't get to get motivated by comments. and sometimes what the commenters say can help give you ideas or change your plan on what to write next. so they've each got their own pros and cons, i suppose.

and hey, i just realized - i doubt i even introduced myself properly? xD i'm allyssa. most people call me ally or sa. but i'm fine with whatever. like... you could call me mushroom or chicken or whatever, too. :3

i'm trying to learn guitar, hmm. i can't seem to do barre chords though, ugh. D:
as for drums... i don't have drums, lol. my family has guitars though (i have no idea why we do, since none of us know how to play - only my cousins/aunts/uncles do - but we do, so i'm trying to make use of 'em now. ^-^).
i've been learning the piano on and off since i was four. i'm terrible at it though, 'cause i never ever practice. i definitely should try practicing, but idk. i never feel motivated to 'cause i don't really like the songs i learn, i guess. :/

yeah. i've always been interested in music and stuff, but lately i've been becoming more passionate (i guess you could use that word? idk lol) about it. like, i really wanna learn how to play the guitar, and maybe even the drums, and stuff. :3
that's cool. our school doesn't have writing classes or stuff like that. we don't get to pick our classes. :/

when i try to force myself to write something, i usually use one of those full-screen writing apps like writeroom or ohmwriter or the new full-screen feature on pages '09. full-screen writing apps clear out all distractions, so yeah. maybe you could try that too? :3

or sometimes i can just open a new textedit file (notepad on windows, lol) and start typing whatever random words come to mind. sometimes i just let the words flow... and they don't make sense at all but sometimes they give me a rough idea on what to write, you know?

but my problem is [i]continuing[/i] stories. i can write random scenes - like, random events that would happen somewhere halfway through the story - just fine most of the time. sometimes i think of some scenarios like that when i'm about to go to bed or when i'm too lazy to get out of bed.

but i can't actually write out a story from beginning to end (i've never actually done this before apart from short stories like one-shots lol :/). D:
