Even though i'd just be looking for a blonde joke in return :|
- 'ndd i'm alright, a tad bit frustrated but it'll blow off eventually.
how about yourself ?
Haha, yeah eventually. idk if my brother is ever going to get his GED. And I'm sad now because my phone isn't coming today, but tomorrow. It's in Tennessee right now.
I remember my Georgia history class is all. I sort of wish I didn't.
The regular teacher -- who we had had for several years because she was our "gifted" teacher -- had back surgery, and we got stuck with this substitute for several months. He was from New Orleans. He left when Katrina started coming and fled to family in GA. We thought it would be pretty interesting to have a teacher like that, but we were soon proven wrong. He was sort of...creepy. Like in a pedofile-molester kind of way. Plus, we didn't learn any Georgia history while he was there. We learned about China and hurricanes. And we watched a bunch of these brainpop videos -- which featured this human guy and his gay robot.
That's about the only positive thing I can say about the guy. He made us laugh. But we were laughing at, not with.
Georgia heat is pretty oppressing.
Before I was born, my mother was in the Air Force (my father was too, for that matter). She trained in Texas -- in 105 degree weather. Her family called once and asked how the heat wave was.
"What heat wave?" she asked.
"We saw on the news about the heat wave in Texas."
And she answers, "Huh. Well, I feel just fine. It's doesn't feel as hot as it does back home."
So.....if you want something warmer, you might better try Texas first. Or try coming to Georgia in the winter. Like January. It's finally starting to get cold then. But even then, it still hardly goes below freezing.
Yeah, orange is the only color it comes in, but I would get it in that color if they had other ones anyways.
Demi Lavato? Are you kidding? I have to admit that I heard one of her songs on a commercial for her CD though, and it was really good. She's pretty much the only Disney teen whore that can actually sing. If she weren't still on Disney I'd probably buy her CD, actually.
Yeah, I first heard about the rain from my father.
And then Twilight sort of reinforced it.
And yep, I know about the diversity. It's because of the mountains.
And I also knew about the whole Hawaii thing too.
Georgia's really diverse as well. I live south of the Fall Line which runs across the middle of the state, so it's pretty flat here. But we have a swampy area in the southeastern part and mountains in the far north. Oh, and the beaches and islands. So yeah....Georgia's not that bad. Except it's really hot. Well, not so hot as humid. It's the humidity that'll get you.
What about yoou?
