well, i'm also not the most graceful thing on the planet when i get on from the ground.
the first time i tried it, i fell on my face. the horse, cinnamon, just looked down at me like "why the hell are you on the ground?"
it was pretty funny, i'll admit. XD
and surprsingly, i've never fallen off. i've been bucked off and thrown numerous times though.
she's a throroughbred. and i still can't spell that damn name.
but she's short. like when you think of them, you think a huge horse.
she's opposite. Most of the horses at our barn i cant get on from the ground, and i'm 5'7". her i can.
that's awesome!
we used to do poles. key word being used.
but then fairlane figured out how much more fun it was to try and run straight through the poles and hit my knees on them, then it was to do them correctly.
she's a hell of a barrel racer though, we've won quite a few times at some local shows. we could've gone to the higher levels, but she doesn't have the paitence for long drives. but hey! neither do i.
jumping is her favortie though, i can just tell. once we did a bounce and she jumped it as one jump. it was a HUGEEEE jump. my trainer was like "you're lucky you even stayed on! that was big for her!"
well i'm not.
fairlane isn't allowed to do that kind of stuff anymore because she tore a muscle in her leg. We don't do anything higher than around 3 or 3 and a half feet.
I LOVE YOUR PROFILE!
