He's been texting me non-stop, which just makes me even more guilt because I know he has work to be doing, he gets angry when i ignore him though so im telling him in fine and we're just joking with with eachother. I think I should writing letters to him, I think thats more loving that texts/emails.
I havent spoken to my mother all day though, le sigh~

aw, you're welcome. I don't know why people here are like that. Anyway, you drink alot of water. Enough to keep you full. But you know you can't survive without anything in your stomach? So eat brown bread to have something in it.

Um, I tried this before I was vegetarian. It involves meat so I won't do it. :p It's really effective, you have to follow everything it says. You lose 10 pounds in 3 days when you do it. Hello, I was reading your journal about being skinny today. I know that alot of people were rude, I apologize on their behalf. But, I ate one meal a day for years. Trust me, it doesn't get you anywhere. Actually, at first you lose weight, but you gain it back extremely fast.

Like you can just be trying to eat a good meal for one day and the next day you wake up 5 pounds heavier. So, yeah. You could do the water diet. It's just drink alot of water all day and eat brown bread.

But you can't do it for like three days straight. You can do it for one day and the next eat healthy. :"D

P.S. I know what you're going through because I'm going through it right now also.
