Your comments on my story totally make my day. Love how detailed you are. I really appreciate it. The Caplan sisters are so easy to write and they are so distinct in my head, moreso than any other original characters I've come up with. Actually, 2 sequels are taking shape in my head - one around Rose and the other around Callie. (Callie is my favorite to write, she's the most like me). Hope you'll read & enjoy those ones too when they get written. Until then there's alway Jordan and Jessie.

At first I was hesitant when I heard about the new format. I'm not a fan of the 'how embarrassing for the guy that picks last'. Everyone at one point in time has been the kid on the playground chosen last and it feels like shit. So I thought 'this is just not right at all'. But as I watched the draft, I find it extremely entertaining aside from a complete of total douche bags. Ovi and Carey Price just ruin things. And while I felt bad for Phil Kessel, he was classy about things and didn't seem too hurt by being last. So all in all, I was okay with it. But I'd rather have it 'east versus west'.

And you're right. I do want to write about Sloan. And although I did give away how things went down (how they first met, hooked up and became a legit thing) there's so many juicy details I can whip up for everyone. And you're right, I can do flashbacks if I want to go that way. I am just worried that people will think she's a total slut because of their 'history'.

He's nineteen and she's eighteen and both Luke and her sister made her realize that she was so caught up in the whirlwind of Mason that she didn't see that he'd taken advantage of her and used her as a way out of his marriage. I guess maybe it was a case of 'being in love with the thought of being in love'

Things have been so insane around here!!!! It's been this constant, natural high since Sid scored!!!! It's a wonderful feeling. And even more incredible that we managed to pull it out over such a fabulous team

Zach Parise is phenomenal. JP was such a great player in Canadian national hockey wayyyyyy back in the day. I remember seeing Zach when he first game into the league (I've been rooting for NJ since they had those green and red uniforms and I have a Brodeur rookie card) and I thought 'this kid is something soooo special'. I hope everyone in USA appreciates the heart and soul this guy has. He's a gift.
