I'm that same way. I don't judge on gender or looks. They call it gender-blind. I judge on personality. But EVERYONE uses the fact that I am a pushover, against me. I agree it is hard. I was in abusive relationships because of it... I never told anyone that... So feel special! heehee.

I have like 8264734783747743783 different layers in my hair! haha As for your family not liking how you dress or do you makeup or whatever, they can shove it, not to dis-respect your family. That is how my family reacted when i shaved my eyebrows off for 2&1/2 years. I told them off I said " If you hate the way i dress then don't talk to me, don't ask me to do nothing, cuz if you treat me any different then don't treat me like a member of the family" then after that they got over it and they excepted what i did. I don't do drugs i don't sell my body, I tease my hair, I make my own accessories and I draw on my face and I'm on the computer everyday haha.
Basically stand for what you believe in. DON'T let anyone get in the way and if your family really loves you they will except you. Oh and if you dare to be different like me EXPECT to be stared at or have names thrown at you. I'm not saying it will be all the time you do get complements too! ^_^February 8th, 2011 at 11:44pm
