So weird, I just gave this same advice to a cousin of mine that is not doing well. I always feel better when I can do charity work. Of course right now I cannot do much of anything because just finished my PhD and I am doing edits on my dissertation so I can leave here soon to my job. I hate being away from my parent......it has only been four years...but next job is away from them too. Thanks for sharing and good luck with your travel!

I would love to know you :). I die a little when people cry. These are pretty old poems.....I am always afraid to tell my friends when I am depressed because i never want to bring them down....sounds like you are really good at helping :)
