All right!
First off: I love the simplicity of your poetry. Simple language is absolutely key to good writing, and you have that.
And I like that you took a cliche and worked with it to make it not a cliche. "Eyes are the windows to the soul" is something you hear often, but never really think about, and to add the idea of dreams, well, that's just super-neat and I commend you.
Also, repetition is great, and I'm glad to see someone using it. It works; it ties your poem together very nicely.
I think, though, that occasionally you throw in a filler line here and there that isn't necessary and clutters the poem a little.
For example, after "emotions are shown" I think that instead of "fear, love, joy, anger" which is unnecessary (I mean, we all know what emotions are, right?) you should put exactly HOW they are shown. Do they flit across the eye? Is emotion the movement of an eyelid? Is it the shadow of an eyelash, falling across a cheek? If you take out the filler lines and replace them with images, I think you could turn a good poem into a truly beautiful one.
