Congrats for making state, though! But it sucks that you've had all that practice just to prepare for it. Do you have band all year or is this just like, a seasonal thing? Because I don't remember things being this hectic this time, last year. But idk.
:( I hope that you find inspiration to write, and have more time to do so soon. It sucks that you haven't had the time. :( I'd hate if that happened.

I totally understand, really, with all that you're going through I understand why you haven't gotten on. I've been good, um... dealing with school stress as well, but other than that, nothing too new. Though a kid in my grade was in a car accident last weekend and then this past one he passed away because he had a lot of brain damage. :( So... people at my school have been going through a lot, knowing him and then the two other guys involved. The one other one died right away, but I'm pretty sure the other one is still alive. Idk... but I knew the kid that passed away this past weekend. It's sad, but... things happen. :(
Aw, that's cool that you've been researching writing. I definitely don't have the time to do that. lol. :P But I wish I could. That will definitely improve your writing skills and open you up to new things. :)

I've been good. School started for me on Monday myself, so... yeah. Today was the third day. I'm surviving, so far... but yeah, this is before all the stress really gets underway. :/

I'll have to read them, then. I need a good summer book. I've read The Twilight Saga like three times so far this summer. I was pretty bored. I'll see if I have them. I just found out that my little brother Ethan is a big fan of The Hunger Games...he has good taste in books (sometimes, haha) I'll have to read them! :)
