err no i didn't... let's face it, there is no way that deleting can be any less douchy.
it's going to be a disappointment either way, but i get what you mean. I think a lot of the time it's really stressful if you can't get a story to work. i was terribly concious of the people i was letting down by not continuing it, but at the same time, it's just not something you can force. or at least, it's not for me.

sometimes the inspiration just goes. A lot of the time i'm writing three different things and painting two pictures all at once and the first spark of whatever the idea was just fades overnight.

Mouse in particular has been posted and deleted about four times by now- mind you, it's been pretty much a different story every time i've re posted it.

i just keep coming back to it because this story is like closure (for me and Dave) and i need to get to the end. I want that neat little tying up of everything. I hate the thought that it could just sit there, incomplete forever.

i'm so sorry abou the super slow updates. life just keeps getting in the way with this one. I used to be so fast at updating but know the mometum has vanished a bit...

Oh my god. I've been playing The Ballad of Mona Lisa nonstop since it dropped. I follow them obsessively on twitter so I know when their interview are. The preorder for the CD is in 20 minutes which is probably the only reason I'm up right now.
