Are you still offering story critics? Because I'm about to restart on mibba after months of not writing at all, and I'd love to send you the link to my first few chapters when I'm done to see if you can help me figure out what I need to work on. I'd be forever grateful!

I think you hit the nail on the head! You're a good critic, you should do it more often!

Emilia is actually about 9 or 10. "The addition and subtraction problems were no match for me; I could do those since the second grade," I imagine her in third or fourth grade, since she reflects on second grade. All your criticism are REALLY going to help me improve this story and I appreciate it so much! I'll definitely add in more detail to clarify her age too, since that seems a little murky.
