Lyndsey and I are going to try to update more, but we both work very exhausting jobs, so sometimes it gets tough. We're hoping we get into more of a routine though to make it easier. :)

I know a few people were a little upset about the lack of Noah in part two, but I really wanted it to be about Juliette helping herself and establishing herself outside of him before she can fully be with him. Does that make sense?

WHY INDEED HMMM. Curious is very much the word. At this point I think Maggie's got a lot of anger and pain, and she's sick of being a doormat and a doll for the Dreytons. It was about time she snapped at someone--even if it was James (especially since he deserved it). And then just a few minutes later she got rightfully sassy with Oliver. At this point I can't blame her, I think writing it is kind of fun. Initially she was just supposed to apologize to Oliver after he got all bitchy with her, but then I was like hell no, she just told James Dreyton to fuck himself basically, she can get an attitude with his bratty son, too. So I really had fun doing those two parts. ^^

Everyone is suspicious of Cal and I'm sitting over here in my corner giggling and going "oh but I like the guy, this is kind of funny."

Aw. I love you too. I miss you! I hope all is going well and such. I know exams are probably right around the corner (Super fun part of college) so good luck with those.

So you'll be happy to know I'm in the process of writing a Summer Shadows update. I have been for a week. And I'm actually getting somewhere with it. :D

Oh my god, your comment on Spinning made me laugh! I had the same experience after I met them (it was right before I started Spinning), I was like "oh wait these are real people not just the perfection that I listen to and gawk at on the internet" haha but I am glad that you had fun when you saw them and got to meet them!! They didn't come to Seattle this tour so I couldn't see them :( But it's alright, I'll forgive them... haha. Anyways, I just updated Spinning so feel free to check it out! Interesting comment on Letters Home. I guess it doesn't seem like there's a story at all, or maybe the whole story depends on how I wrapped it up. I think that something has happened, but it's more of a read between the lines thing.

Ohmygod bless you and that comment. Like Srsly. Made my day. Simon's still going to be a hard ass, trust me. Just with a lot less trying to strangle/suffocate her. I like the book tossing though. There was no way I was taking that out. I promise you though he isn't going to go soft on her this round, as you said that isn't their relationship. I just felt the need to cut out the actual abusive parts; if I want it published eventually I doubt that would fly, Haha. But no, there will be no OH MY GOD STOP CRYING YOU BEAUTIFUL ANGEL ILU between them. I promise! Not my style, definitely not theirs. :) you're still totes my fav. Readerrr

Ohh good. The biggest thing was I was trying to nix the violent aspect of Simon's behavior. Threatening and daunting are one thing; but I didn't want him to be so... physically abusive I guess. As long as he isn't any less appealing it's all good. I just wanted to make sure I hadn't changed his character too much!
