and to make my fantastic day that little bit better i just had an argument with my mam
even though i merely pointed out that my dad's just as broke as she is and he's still trying to give me what i want instead of going "well your mam's got money, she can buy you it, ask her." like what she does
coz i thought i'd point out that it annoys me when she does that, because my dad doesn't have more money than her because most of it's going to her in child benefits and on taxes
then she was like "it made me feel really small"
and i was like, well don't have a go at my dad for doing nothing then
if he insulted her like that i'd stick up for her as well, but he doesn't.
but the truth of the matter is that my mam is stingy, whether she likes it or not, and i know that's because she's beter at keeping her money than my dad who just likes to spend every last penny on me and my sister and brother, but my mam buys us food, like, twice a week and she buys our clothes so its fair enough
i just thought i'd point out that she shouldn't always blaim everything on him
i know he hurt her with the way they split but its more complicated than what she tells us. my dad told me the whole story because he trusts me, and she doesn't know that i know. but even if she did she'd deny it. so everytime i hear the "i still hate your dad for splitting up the family" i'm just like shut up mam

i was like, so basically, she's leading three lovely boys on
and i absolutely HATE it when people lead people on. its just not fair. i've experienced it and it really hurts in the end when they just leave you as soon as they've found someone else

Darren is one of the nicest people ever, but i don't really talk to him
