well...nearly the end of the week...first week of year 10...AND IT HAS BEEN EPIC! today...my bessie was annoying me and you know those flat lucasades? and they have that cool top that spits air? well i was just about to do that in Lucy's hair...but some Cherry juice accidently come out of it :3 and landed in her hair :3 at which time i had a mouth of cherry lucasade and she made me laugh so much, i had to quickly swallow it but because i was laughing at that point...i chucked it up :L it was HILARIOUS! even though it was embarassing! lets just say, sick and cherry lucasade are NOT nice! but she forgives me :D we have had an amazing week and it has been so much fun...and we have all the little year 7s running around. I kinda accidently smacked one in the face :L so how has your week been, chick? x

Thankyou :') ahh, im sorry to hear that :L hope you recovered over the weekend :) we went ice skating and it was my first time! we had an absolutely amazing time! i didnt come back with any broken bones (thank god!) just a blister. but we plan on going back :D -_- guess what i have tomorrow? school. eurgh! x

yer it has stopped now :D the problem now is, that so many people are being arresting we are running out of room in some of the jails..LOL. yer i definately know your pain :L YES i will definately tell you! yer...my mum keeps saying "you should start going to bed early to get in the habit for school" but hey...i still have 2 weeks soo...i'll do it later :D well i hope you have a good day at school tmoz...well as good as school can get anyway :D x

I think it has finally stopped. They are now focasing on working on all the damage and LOADS of people have been arrested. Serves them right though! And yeah...i know! why did it have to happen in the holidays? :O that sucks! That is my worst fear for when i go back is that i have no lessons with my friends. Well our form tutor did something she wasnt supposed to on the last day of school and she showed us all the ICT classes (as she is the head of ICT) and i found out that i have one of my friends in ICT so im cool with that and i think therefore she will be in my science as well, so i will be fine there. I also know in my ICT first nationals class, i have Rianna (another friend who i get in trouble with XD) And i know that i have Lucy, Esther and Nappy in my RE and English...so that only leaves me alone in atleast 5 lessons i think :S but i know none of my friends are taking geography, so i will be alone there (but i was this year, so makes no difference really) So yeah...i just hope they put me with atleast 1 of my friends! That really sucks for you! OMG GUESS WHAT?! I get my GCSE results next Thursday for the RE exams i did! Im hoping i got atleast a C cause then atleast i have passed but i want a B or above :D Hope schools ok :) x

YEAH I KNOW! it has just all gotten out of hand! it started because there was a peaceful protest about something or another and the police shot a man and killed him. The police said he had a gun and was shooting at them but everyone else says he didnt. So there is an autopsy being waited upon to see if he was holding a gun and if he wasnt, we fear it will get worse! Then the peaceful protests was overtaken by prats who wanted to loot. That was in Tottenham, London. there was loads of them and they were setting buildings alite and asulting people etc and becuase the police couldnt deal witht he numbers of protestors and the prime minister (stupid cunt) was on holiday so they didnt have an orders to act upon. It went on badly for 3 days and Tottenham was destroyed. Then fianlly on the third day the prime minister came back early off his holiday to sort the matter out and becuase he didnt come back and stop it sooner...there is going to be a re call in parliament (YES!) because the other MPs say that he shouldnt be in charge of our country if he is off on holiday and doesnt come back until it is really bad. He got 10,000 more police officers for London (because now it spread because Tottenham got away with it, other places are copying) so that has put East Anglia's Police down (and thats were i live :L) but that night, there wasnt that bad riots in London, so that was a waste. In Manchester and Birmingham that night, riots started there after copying London. So they have been partially destroyed too (but its worse in london.) Last night in Cambridge (where i live) they decided they wanted a go. So very close to my home, they set a bin on fire and headed for the Grafton Centre (shopping mall) and they got to Midsummers common until the police stopped them. There wasnt many off them but there was enough if they hadnt have been stopped they would have done damage. So...nothing too bad broke out were i live and i hope it doesnt. Back to London, Manchester and Birmingham, today the fires and riots are still going and people are still aboiding work and going out. Shops in the main cities of the country close at 5pm (even where i live) just incase they are targetted and London, Birmingham and Manchester border their shops up to try and stop looters, unfortunately it doesnt work :( The Prime Minister and MPs have visited the worst hit areas and said its bad and all that and are now thinking of a decent solution. Thousands have been put in jail as young as 11! There are younger that have participated but... The Prime Minister says if they are old enough to do the crime, they are old enough to do the time! good words i think. Some of the solutions that have been mentioned are a curfue at 7pm, people in council houses being kicked out if they participate, Police shooting rubber bullets, water cannons to break up the rioters, Bringing in the army etc. So far though they are doing nothing and letting the police handle it. They are still destroying everywhere though and now its not really because the man was shot but becuase people want to loot and steal...stupid i think! Police officers are being killed and so are the fire brigade. Communities that have been effected have started working along side the police and creating a barrier to stop rioters destroying things. So yeah...its pretty bad here!! Maybe if we didnt have such a shit parliament, it wouldnt be so bad!

WOW thats AMAZING! we arent allowed to drive til 17 :L but on the plus side we are allowed to drink at 18 :D hey have you heard about the riots that are happening London? The weather is...unpredictible atm. One minute it is sunny, the next rain and the next wind. Off to the nature reserve tmoz as my neighbors have some frogs in their backgarden that they dont want. so they are taking them to a reserve and releasing them in the pond. :) hope you are ok x

the heatwave stopped and it rained :L yer...i havent gone out all holiday but i will just let my high motabalism sort out the 'fat' side of things :D that is one thing i love. is i can eat as much crap as i like and do no exercise but i dont get fat. what date do you go back? we go back something like 5th September x

well i dont really have that problem seeing as i have another month to go til i go back :D yeah it great! we are having like a mini heatwave atm and it is really hot. its AMAZING! probably nothing compared to your weather though :L well i havent done anything apart from sit on the sofa and watch E4 so... :L think i might need to go out soon...or i will get fat :L x

we havent seen one yet :L but i want to go and see a film called Bridesmaids. Looks really good! :D ...:O do you not do all that over there?
Javelin- big stick with a spike on the end...try and throw it as far aas possible
shotput- massive heavy ball you have to try and throw as far as possible
Long jump- you get a run up of 11 strides and you run up to this line into a pit of sand. try and get the farthest bit if you go over the line, its a foul.
High Jump- run up. Jump over some big ass pole and if you get over, you go to the next height, iif you knck it down, you get 3 more tries.
