I can understand it, but then I can’t. If he can suck up his ego and take less money (since he aid it wasn’t about the money) then a 15 year deal worth $90 mill would be good great. That sill makes the cap hit $6 million and the contract takes him to 42, which the league can’t say anything about b/c there are SEVERAL CURRENT players that are playing until they are 42. I mean, seriously, what is $12 million off the salary at this point? He doesn’t need the money.

I went to all the home games in 2003 and the night they won the building was shaking, you could literally feel it. We tailgating for so damn long, it was one of the best nights of my life.
