Awwwww Sarah :( I feel so sorry. I know that everything I say to cheer you up is going to sound really stupid and empty it's a little difficult for me to understand how you're feeling because I've never properly been through what you're going through, I want you to know that I really will try and I'll always be here no matter what. You're Granny was suffering a lot and I know this sounds really blunt but she probably didn't want to suffer anymore, she's still with you though. Because people never really leave us. Our hearts are like blank canvases that become big abstract pictures throughout our lives and every event in our lives and every person we ever meet is like a new color or design and they paint themselves on this big abstract picture and leave a permanent mark on it. Some of the brush strokes are bigger than others, some are tiny dots and some take up the whole canvas, but people always leave something of themselves behind. You're Granny will always be with you no matter what.
And I'm sure she wouldn't want you to feel sad about her moving on, she probably felt it was her time and I'm not a genius by any means but it doesn't take a genius to tell that your Granny really really loved you and she'd want you to be happy and remember all the wonderful time you had together and not remember her how she looked yesterday. Maybe I sound like an insensitive bitch. I'll just shut up *____*

Although you should brace yourself for a hug when you come back to school
