You're welcome. However, I don't think the other poster was being malicious so much as just very, very blunt. The internet is a rough place full of hard-boiled people, and consequently etiquette doesn't exist here as often as it should. I think she was just sharing her experience, and even if this came across in an offensive way, she probably meant well.

The flip side of posting anything online is that you put your heart on your sleeve, and so you've got to be prepared to receive all kinds of mudslinging (intentional or otherwise) without letting yourself get hurt.

That said, there are also enough nice people on here to make wading through the muck worthwhile. Just lighten up and try to take it in your stride. :)

I hope you feel a bit better today, at any rate.

If you're wanting to dye your hair black, you should really do it at the hairdressers the first time. Especially if your hair wasn't natural when you started. I'm sure it would work out if you gave it a go hehe :D
