The lack of Pete updates has nothing to do with the new story--actually, the new story is completely finished already, so I could go ahead and post the rest of it right now, if I wanted to. I haven't updated Afraid of the Dark in so long because I've just been really busy with my life outside of Mibba and I haven't had time, and when I do have time, I'm too tired to do anything creative. I'm working on it, though. I WILL finish this story eventually, I promise. And thank you, I'm glad you like it. =]

Ooo yea!! I haven't written that story in forever.
I couldn't figure out where I was going with it so I had one chapter typed, 3 written but I just...failed lol
But that movie is very violent! I love it lol

It's not that I don't know what I want to do, it's just that I don't know which SCHOOL I want to go to. Right now I'm tied between two that are complete opposites of each other--one's a huge, cheap state school and one's a tiny, expensive private school. So far my plan is to hopefully go into graphic design, and do writing on the side. The state school has the best graphic design program in the state, but the private school is the only one in the state with some of the film and creative writing classes I want. SO I CAN'T DECIDE BETWEEN THEM OMG.

But I'm still waiting to hear about possible scholarships, so once I know about that, I'll probably be able to make a decision. I mean...I really can't afford the private school at all without some MAJOR help, haha.

But don't get too freaked out. I had no idea what I wanted to do when I was a freshmen. Even the people who THINK they know what they want to do at your age really have no idea. They'll change their minds by the time they graduate. In fact, I know a lot of people who have changed their minds about what school they want to go to and/or what they want to do for a living just since my senior year started.

So don't worry, you have plenty of time. You'll figure it out. :]

I agree completely. I'm really stressed out about going to college (since I still don't know where I'm going for sure, and I have to finish scholarship apps, etc), but when I think about spending another year in high school...no. Just no. I really don't think I could do it. If I had to go another year, I would probably just drop out, haha. I CAN'T STAND this place anymore.

I figured you were. But- hehe- you know, they come up with crazier theories every year.

Thank you so much for the story comment! What I kind of set out to do with this story was to make Pete into an actual person with real thoughts/feelings/problems, and not just the douchebag who married Ashlee Simpson, so that's basically the biggest compliment you could've given me. :]

I can't tell you how the story will end, but I hope you'll stick around to find out. I know updates have been few and far between, but I'm in my senior year of high school and kind of overwhelmed with real life stuff right now, haha. I'm working on it. Hopefully the next chapter will be up sometime next week.
