Eh, it's not that hard if you have a limit for yourself :P
You can't have too many ideas or else it'll be too long!!! Plus, I personally love short stories better because I'm more of a "hit it and quit it" kind of person. It's easy to just post it and know that's the end of it instead of always trying to develop the plot and worry about updating.

Ah yes, I guess you have missed something. A "quiet" something, you could say. I decided a while back to delete JOTD because, tragically, I did all this research and had it written in a notebook that I carried in my bag and my bag got stolen, my precious notes gone with it.
I was so bummed that I decided to just pull the plug on the whole thing, however, I still do have what I wrote for it so far still saved, so who knows, maybe one day it'll come back :P

I don't mean to toot my own horn here, but I have to agree that Via Past... is really gorgeous and probably the best short story I've ever written. Every time I write "Fan Fiction" sometimes I try to portray the characters the way I see them in real life but most of the time I try to make them different from how everyone else sees them. I made Matt a little more caring and angelic like in this piece because I found it necessary, so I did. I also tried to make the plot as real as possible while there was an obvious sense of surrealism. Glad to see it worked to some degree :)

haha, yes you will. I didn't expect people to actually listen to me, so I figured I had some time left to write it up and post it on time. I've been busting my ass writing it though; already figured out the chapter title, already written down the ending, and already have the author's note.

Word count for the chapter right now is a little over 2,500 words.
I'd say it's about 75% complete right now, so just give me a couple more days, deal? :) Thank you so much for being so excited for it though!!
