    Haha, same basic thing happened to me. I meet this guy in like October who goes to the same school as my best friend. But she and I had had sort of a one night fling over the summer (don't judge me), so when we started dating she was like heartbroken. She kept telling me he was a dick but I thought she was kindof in a bit of the wrong place to say? So come December 16th it's his birthday and I run around and dig up change from my couch to buy him a present which I then work really hard to make more like personal, then come Chrtimas and on the 27th he's like "Oh, I like this other girl so... yeah we're over." Over fucking FACEBOOK.
    But then I found out a week later that the girl he'd left me for started dating another guy and had the BEST laugh >=)
    But then he's been trying to do this whole friends shit? And so the other night I was finally like "Why the hell should I even talk to you?" and he goes "Boohoohoo this is the one bridge I was trying to to burn" and I'm just like "Don't make it like YOU'RE the one getting hurt here. Don't bitch about burning bridges when you're the one who acts like a jackass. Se la vie, bastard."
    And felt much better =)
