I have a whole playlist on my computer just for when I'm writing and I can't find any inspiration or I'm just like, unmotivated.
I find that acoustic music is good to listen to whole writing something cute and [possibly] innocent, and hardcore, techno, more faster paced music is good for writing like, not-so-cute, not-so-innocent things :D
Like, I always listen to either Asking Alexandria or Alesana when writing for Make This Night Worth My Time, and I usually listen to more upbeat, happy music when writing for 32 Ways.
