Cool : D about tunning...you could get some small program to tune. all you need is a guitar and that tuner installed on your computer and a microphone :D
or you could do it the traditional way and learn the sounds on the guitar and tune according to different sounds on different strings.

I'm slightly paranoid and overreact over stuff :D so.. I used to overreact about the end of the world too. but I doubt it'll happen anytime soon. we were supposed to die in 2000 too ; ) and 2012 is just the end of Mayan Calendar ;) it could just mean the end of an era or something. People complain and overreact ^^

I feel like I don't know a thing and I asked my mom to ask me questions about stuff I have here and she says that I learnt... I'm afraid of what the guy may give on that test. All I want is to pass it. my brain is dead.

I'm okay. Just studying a lot since we're doing more and more on the university... they started with the tests and it would suck not to pass those.

There nothing to be embarrassed about. I sort of should do those stuff too. My problem is that I can't get the right strumming sometimes. Ironically it's easier for me on the electric guitar which I don't have. : / I guess that it will take a while until you'll get used to it again :/ practicing everyday is the right way : D my guitar teacher used to tell me to play little, but often. I suck at guitar, so I guess I didn't really pay attention to her advices.

hehe : D I'm sure that after a while you'll easily play anything! :D and Zombie? never tried that. I sort of...got stuck with playing Green Day songs, some Muse, and some other random stuff.

well, I live in Poland so £20 could be 5 times more. depends on the currency. I didn't check how much it was lately.

my Green Day bag cost me 69 zł(PLN) that's a lot to me...
