    I'm guessing no one's told you yet, so here goes -
    How to get a background:
    Go to your 'My Mibba' page.
    On the right hand side of the screen there are subheadings and link to a place (eg. A sub-heading is Messaging and the link is Inbox). Scroll down until your come to the subheading 'Profile'. Under it (about 5 down) there's a link that says 'CSS'. Click on that.
    It takes you to a page. Scroll down on the page and on the left hand side of it there's a subheading that says 'Layouts'. Click the link under that and you've got various pre-made layouts.
    Hope that helps. I don't know how to make a layout, so I can't help you with that. *"*
