Hey, you might want to get your story in pronto. I'm starting to look over the stories and the more time you leave, the less of a chance you have to fix your story because I give some critique. You might also get a rush read from me because your story came in later.

So just make sure you get it in ASAP.

A Beta is like a proof-reader or an editor, they are a 'fresh set of eyes' to help pick up small errors, flow problems, grammatical errors. It helps to have another pair of eyes look over it because I know that I almost ALWAYS misread my errors and then post, and it'll say something completely different than what I thought I wrote.

Sometimes you can ask around or sometimes people will offer. It's hard to find a good Beta, but just keep looking and you'll find one. :)

Well, it's really just an assignment for school. We could choose to have any kind of disaster with specific promts for each day (i.e. Day one; gas is $10 a gallon) because we're reading Life As We Knew It. I just chose nuclear warfare. It doesn't have to be correct information. I did do some research for it, though. But because of the way I have mine planned out and almost finished ( One chapter left) I won't need any more reasearch. Thank you, though!

thx for the story comment. As for expanding, probably not. It came out pretty cool but it was just a writing prompt for school.
