Oh it's no problem. I have actually gotten this question a lot, haha. But hopefully this explanation makes sense...
Okay so your banner should go in the 'Story title' section, where it says 'Background image URL' and then play around with the padding to get it to how you want it to look (like getting all the words to be underneath it). And then where it says 'Story area', paste whatever image (like the floral background that I have) into where it says 'Background image URL' and click on repeat so it looks like a border/background behind all the story contents and whatnot. I hope that helps, sometimes I make no sense.
