Thanks for reading my story and commenting on it. Yeah, it's my telling of my parents' telling of their story, but still it's a big deal to find that balance in this piece. I don't want to defame them and make them out to be awful people, but at the same time I don't want to glorify them just because I love them.

I doubt it. She said it at our birthday party. In front of our friends. She had a smile on her face and turned to me when I said "what?" and was like "no offence. I'm just telling the truth." and acted like nothing was wrong.

I look forward to the day I can finally move out. Then I can finally clean. The crappy thing about my situation is that there is no one to balance it out, besides me and apparently I don't get a say in the house. Well besides my bedroom which is the cleanest place in our house.
