Well that's the best way to handle it, if it is negative criticism like e.g. i do it's helping the story but i wouldn't let what the others did (reporting for the fun of it) get to me
And if in the extreme case that it will be deleted you can post it elsewhere

Are you talking about He Never Came? I can read it just fine! I love that story. I don't see how it's unreadable, but I think you are right, people are just being spiteful. I've been waiting for the editors on another story that was reported in October for having tags in the title; which wasn't true, but how long does it take for them to review the reports?
