Supposedly he was in the bathroom, and he runs into one of the marked survivors. They get in a gun battle and shoot each other down. And I guess it was supposed to be someone else other than Omar in the end, and they weren't supposed to be on the balcony shooting.

It's kinda weird how they didn't use what was in the rough script. I guess he was supposed to die in the bathroom of the premier?

Haha I seen it in theaters a few weeks after it came out. It makes me laugh, cry, and makes my heart pound in suspense (:
