Ahh your comments are so cute! Haha me and my NZness =p
Glad i could slightly educate you too. Yea, Maori doesn't get used to much in general language and there aren't too many who speak the language fluently, but we all get taught the basics at primary school. Plus the 1st verse of our national anthem is in Maori =]
I woulda keep writing after i posted that update but i got killer bad toothache and just lay on the couch shivering and wanting to die for the rest of the night. Fun times! I got shit to do today, but i'll see what i can whip up for ya later.
I completely agree! Its gross!
I'm thinking of telling the guys at the Icehogs game to cut his hair while he is sleeping or something. haha That would be something great for Blackhawks TV.
I loved the new chapter of Blue paint & Red lights! lol it was great.
I have to say my favorite part was '"He's no threat to you, trust me. She only has eyes for you, dear PK." I laughed, ruffling his hair. "Get a haircut." I added.' He really does need a hair cut! haha
I'll see what i can do. I've already got a lil bit written. I seriously forced myself to write that update last night cos i felt bad about it taking so long. i didn't even bother to proof it, so i hope it made sense
Haha, thank you. It took me forever to make. And seriously, Brooks Laich is my favourite hockey player. End of story. Well, after Andrew Gordon, but that's beside the point, lol
I did see that they're still putting Hossa in even with a concussion. Bad move. He's going to get hit in the head again and then be out the rest of the season. I repeat...bad. move.
Oh, and remember how we were discussing rooting for Canada and arguing with people about it? I got into a major argument with two of my friends today about rooting for Canada. They both called me traitors to my country and kept going on and on about it. I was like I'm not making you root for Canada so what's the big deal?
Well, one of them just doesn't like Sharpie, and I don't really know why. As far as Seabrook goes, they talk trash about him all the time but that's just because they know that he's my favorite. They do that more to annoy me than anything else because they know that it pisses me off. So much in fact that if they're anywhere near me, I will punch them. I'm not even kidding. One of them (the one that doesn't like Sharpie) has a bruise on his upper arm from how many times and how hard I've punched him, haha!
And, yeah, I'm a little worried about injuries, too. We have so many people going to the Olympics, that I'm scared someone's going to get hurt. I'm crossing my fingers that that doesn't happen, though.
Two of my friends are all for US in men's hockey, and them and I got into a huge fight when I told them I was rooting for Canada. When I said Canada was a better team they absolutely flipped out on me. But, then again, these are the same two guys that don't like Seabrook or Sharp, so I argue with them all the time, haha!
Thanks so much for the comment on Laich! I'm glad you enjoyed the ending. I wasn't sure how people were going to react to it.
And, I promise I'm going to get caught all up on your Niemi story tonight after my Stats test. I've fallen way far behind on that story, and you can blame travelling to Michigan for track this weekend for me falling behind. And, I'm going to read your new Seabrook story, too. Because I love him and the fact that you're writing about him makes me love you sooooooo much =)
