mm maybe i'll start writing again someday, but for now i don't think i can. it seems to have become more of a chore than something to enjoy doing, and i don't feel like i get anything out of it anymore. oh, i shall take a look at some of your poems when i have more time.

i'm not entirely sure why i don't write anymore. maybe it's a lack of time but more likely it's a lack of energy and ideas and confidence. i end up hating everything i create so i just stopped. idk. what about you? do you still write? i hope you do because everything of yours that i've read has been really quite amazing.

lol really? Never thought of it like that. It's Gaelic so I guess you could connect it to Greek mythology... somehow :)

That's nice! :) Writing is good for the soul, and it's fantastic that Mibba can give that to you.

I have long since been warned against posting my poems and stories online because they're easier targets for thieves. This has been drilled into my head long enough that I have stopped. One day! One day I'll actually make money off of what I've got! :D

And...lots of homework, actually. I did finish my Astronomy homework, thank god. But I still have a couple of newspaper articles and a pursuasive speech over banned books to finish. I have to present it tomorrow, and I'm nowhere near the required length. Bah. The sad thing is, is giving a bookworm a speech about books is similar to giving a drug addict a speech over the experience of getting high. Somehow, the article just doesn't get written because the subject is far more intriguing than the paper! xD

Anyhow, what about you? What are you working on?

Haha "end all be all" is an expression used in the US which typically means, the greatest or best. So in context of my poem, I was saying that this boy was not the boy to end all boys. He thought he was a hot shot.

Thanks for the poem comment. I think the reason it came out the way it did is because it's a bit impersonal. My teacher told me to right it for a Ralph Lauren poetry contest. None of the poem really came from my experience's or feelings :/. And I was trying to right it to get votes. I decided I didn't like writing it so that's why I posted it unfinished. Thanks a lot for the criticism it really helps to know how I can make my writing better :) My dad always says writing clichés is the worst thing a writer can do.
