I would like to say you already are as good, and I'm not just saying that to make it sound good, but your story actually blew me away, that and your talent. Especially for someone at your age, when I was younger I could never have written something like you have.
And as long as you want to, and have the motivation, you'll improve greatly, if you feel the need to do that.
