I absolutly love Supernatural and it's hard to find a story of it so when I saw yours i was like 'sweet this should be good' and i was right it was amazing! In my previous comment I said Dean in my story "He Looks Just Like You," was the Dean in between the end of S4 and the start of S5. I think I've changed my mind as I've recently just decided I will be writing a sequel to this story and I do not wish for Dean to be an 'old' father. So in this particular story, I'm think he'll be relatively young, perhaps just after he's been pulled from hell.
I'm yet to decide, I might even screw with the whole SPN time line and have him go to the Pit ahead of schedule so that he will be much younger. I'm unsure. Sorry haha.

If I'm understand your question correctly, yes. This is 'current' Dean, that's knocked up a teenager.
However, my idea of 'current Dean' could be different to yours. You're in the united states and there for have seen most of S5. I'm in Australia and we've had SPN taken off air :( So my idea is probably an earlier version of Dean. So I'm going to say, he's late S4 to early S5. If that makes any sense. ><
