To answer your question I like to know what I am talking about when I write about stuff like that so I did research to see what people with heart failure and stuff need.

yuki can die but no Zero hates her well kinda hates her once he finds out kananme is her older brother and when kaname turns yuki into a vamp and kaname is mine no matta what zero as well
