Death is one of the hardest things to get through, imo...
Here lately, though, I've heard that the memories you share with people who have passed on can help keep you together until you truely meet again.
I don't know if it means anything to you, but maybe it will help (I hope so)...

I see... Well, maybe it will help to look at whatever issue you're facing from a different perspective?
(Of course, I have no idea what it is you're going through, but...
In most cases, that is what helps me the most when I'm conflicted with a problem that just won't go away.)
