Honestly, I was at a really bad low today, and that made me feel so much better.
The good news is that my dad and I have resolved our issues and now it's just my mom left (but there's no talking sense into her).

My suggestion is to use the dialoge to do that for example:

word word word word word word word word word word word word word word word word word word word word word word word word

"blah blah blah" said person

That way you empisize the dialoge and you make it easier to read. I hope that helped(and made sence)! If you want you could skim a chapter of one of my more recent stories to see how I set it up if this didn't help.
