Hopefully by now you know how much I appreciate you taking the time to comment; your comments always mean the world to me, and the comments you left on the last two chapters are no exception. Not to mention the little nudge you gave me a couple of days ago that kicked me into gear and motivated me to finish the chapter. :3

I'm glad you enjoyed the most recent chapter! And I'm especially glad that you enjoy the plot developments (especially since I worry some people might be frustrated with the pace, and more interested in a faster burn romance). Obviously also glad you enjoyed the kiss. (;

I’m glad you enjoyed the chapter, and I’m extra glad you like Trevor’s character. He’s just so much fun to write, and I’m glad he’s fun to read, too. I’m also glad to hear that my writing is easy to visualize – I’m always going back-and-forth over how much detail I should include, so I’m glad I seem to have found a happy medium.

Hah, yeah, the cheek-touching moment was an impromptu addition; it kind of just appeared as I was writing, even though I hadn’t originally anticipated any physical contact in the chapter. And yeah, ‘Kitten’ seems to have somehow become his insult and his nickname to her all at once. He hasn’t called her Katelyn or Katie once. (;

Again, glad you enjoyed the chapter and the story in general. I hope to never disappoint! But you should totally tell me if I do, because that won’t due and I should fix it. xD

I adore Trevor's character, so I'm glad that you like him too. And I know! I always contemplate putting in translations and whatnot for all of the other languages Nikolai knows, but then I figure it's better for readers to not know anything more than Katie does. (Not to mention, that'd be a pain in my ass when I don't speak half of his languages, haha.)

I was just overwhelmed with excitement so my comment probably didn't make much sense haha. I always end up dropping whatever I'm doing and rushing to read your updates when I get the email from Mibba.

p.s. Trevor is awesome, and the whole little practice fight between Katie and Nikolai was really fun to read. I was just picturing it in my head the whole time. Curious to know what was said in French between Trevor and Nikolai ~ (Forgot to add this all in last night while I was rushing to go read it again haha). I'm just so glad to find a writer like you, I honestly could see this as an actual book and its only been 9 chapters. Keep it up! We need more writers like you!

And don't worry, you'll definitely get to see them in different environments starting now; sometimes they'll be at the mansions, sometimes they won't be.

Just to make sure, you did see chapter 8 as well, right? I updated the two rather close together, so you might have missed it. I'm only asking because you sounded surprised to read them out of the mansion, and I'm thinking missing 8 would bite you later in the story. ^^

I'm glad you picked out that line. I like to think that Will's mind works like that all the time. "Going into battle? No worries, pure sex appeal"... "Stranded in the middle of the ocean? No worries, pure sex appeal". Maybe it can be a thing or something. It seems like a nice (albeit somewhat ignorant) way to go through life.

Hey there! Perfection? That might be a little bit much, but I'll take it. You've got me blushing. ahaha.

Yeah. I kind of think Tanek is more talk and less action (unless of course it's dire) and he's obviously someone who likes to be in control. It was nice to take the wheel from him for once and obviously he doesn't cope well. I'm really interested in exploring his character more and hopefully showing some more facets of Tanek -- continue to reveal more about his past and maybe explore his relationship with Will. I really like their dynamic. But back to Tanek and Alessia, there's definitely a power struggle brewing. Hopefully an update will come soon!

I'm glad you liked it. I've got to keep you on your toes. I reckon it's about time some stuff start happening -- wreck some havoc for the love of all that's imbalanced and perfect in the world.

I'm so glad you like the description. Sometimes I think I go a little overboard when I stop typing and look up to see massive paragraphs and hardly any dialogue. But I digress, you're so sweet. Thanks so much and I hope you enjoyed the last one!

I'm so glad to be back and have such a loyal reader like you! I'm hoping this time around will be bigger and badder... and I've got the whole summer to make that happen.
