Okay here goes with trying to help.
I say you let them flirt.
Have cayden compliment Kelly on his singing, making kelly blush.
Then just go from there. Say they have classes together.
And they sit together at lunch. And get to know each other.
then it truns out that Cayden moved in a couple houses down from Kelly.
