    My Mibba, 'Friends' on the right column, Under that click Top Friends then order your friends in whatever way you want and then save. Just remember however many you put there will show on your profile. I hope that's right..

    Nah, it's not stupid. To answer #1 - The easiest was to change layouts is to use a pre-made. To get to those, go to 'My Mibba' and in the column on the right is the section 'Profile' and under that is 'CSS' click on CSS and scroll down a teeny bit and click to get to the pre-mades. Then, browse and find the one you like and click install and it'll change it all for you.
    #2 - Again go to 'My Mibba' and under Quick Links there should be links to post Stories, Poem etc.
