exactly people are like you have to promise you wont do it anymore....i mean they dont really understand what we go through every single day.

i was accused for doing it for attention it was the biggest blow ever. honestly they will never understand.
its so hard for me everyday not to do it, sometimes i just do it for the hell of it cause its basically like a drug in a sense.

yeah it really is like sometimes i can go for mahybe 2 to 3 weeks with out doing it then i just cave in, and no one understands.

mines been about a year and maybe a month.....

its a pretty shitty habit, but i cant break it..

its like your surrounded by people but you cant talk to them about something that you know they will judge you by or they just dont seem to care at.
