But I see what you mean, I'd be scared of bad critique but I try to think of it as something to improve, IF the person is reasonable about and doesn't just go, "this sucks! Boo." I hate that, if you don't like it just because you don't like it...then don't read it!

well I never wanted to be a leader but many of my group members chosed me as I have a very high standard which gives pressure to them so its like giving them a push.

Often mostly 1 group member won't give their work in time making delays or even extra work for me. When that happens and we got a low mark, I tend to blame people which makes me think that I shouldn't be leader.

I didn't like them at first but then I started listening to them more and fell in love with them.
