yeah it's nigh impossible to turn a friend away when they need you. >_< Even if you already have your hands full. Gah! And then it just ends up piling up on you and driving you down further and it sucks. :(

Yeah, that's a REALLY good outlook on it. Cause I was always about "other people this" "other people that", and now I've finally come to realize that before I can take care of other people properly I need to take care of myself. Which isn't always easy for me, but I'm working on it. I'm really trying to change to be a better person. ^^

Well, I guess what really has to happen is you have to learn to keep your "boundaries" in check or whatever and stick to only helping them like a psychologist would and all that, and not try and do anything too extra or let their problems consume your life. That's what the psychologists at the hospital I had to go to were talking to me about when I said that I wanted to go into psychology, at least. :/

You know, for a really long time I wanted to be a psychologist that specializes in depression and schizophrenia, but after my psychiatrist acted one time... I just kind of lost all respect for him, and psychologists in general. So I decided I need to pursue something else. :/ Maybe.... maaaaybe I could still think about specializing in schizophrenia (it's just so interesting!), but I dunno. I really enjoy editing peoples' writing, so that could be fun. ^^

Yeah. I'm trying to stay in the same state for college because I really don't want to make the friendships I have now fade even more by going off to another state. >_< I don't know what I wanna do exactly, though, or where I wanna go. I'll probably just apply to some colleges my friends are applying to and see what happens. I think I might want to be an editor. But I dunno... I could go into science, maybe, but I don't think I'm smart enough--and I really love English based stuff. So I think that might be a better road that I'll enjoy a lot.

Dang. 7 months is a long time! I've made it to 6 months twice. But after that meh. :( Sad face. >_< I'd prolly die if it was that hard to see my boyfriend. o.o But it's getting to that point for me where everyone's gonna start getting jobs so it's gonna get harder to see everyone. Gah. That makes me very sad.

Oh man, I'd die if my bf lived 30 minutes away. That's far! O_O Everyone used to think me and my friend Nick were dating, but we were just really close. That always got annoying, too. He did like me though, which I felt really bad about cause I didn't like him back. >_<

The one Chris wrote was suuuuper cute. :3 If I didn't know better I'd say you guys were a couple. Aha. It was adorable. :) I wrote poems about my dad before but I never show them to him cause they're generally negative. And one of my recent ones was for my brother, but he's not gonna get that one, either.

Haha, that's AWESOME! I'm writing a poem for my friend Lyn, and yesterday Eric was helping me edit it. We were at it for an hour and a half and we still aren't done. It must be perfect, I tell you! Perfect! XD It's really cool that you got friends to start writing poetry, though. I think the world could use a few more people that are into it. :( Not enough appreciation for what you can do with words. D:

LOL! I HATE WHEN THAT HAPPENS! XD I mean in hindsight it's funny, but at the time you're just like: "Ahaha… oops… sorry, man. D:" I don't really show my work to my friends a lot though, cause I guess they're kind of private or something? Or, uhm... a lot of people don't appreciate poetry the way people on here do, and they're just like: "oh cool. You wrote a thing." You know? :( Thanks for the poem comment by the way. That made my daaaaay! Haha.

Haha, that title is really great. :o It's very attention-catching, which is always a bonus. :P And makes you wonder what the poem is about, because it could be about a couple things. ^^ And chyeaaa, writing is amazing. :3 It's so fun to be able to play with words, and make people *feel* different things because of the way you word something or an image you present. Hah.

Eh, not every poem is gonna be a hit. xD (as I know well. Bahaha.) That second one was really great though! :O I left a long comment. haha.

Hah, I saw the first one cause I just reloaded the 'Poems' page and had already commented. XD I'll go check out the second one, too, though. :o It wasn't the best I've read from you but it was still pretty good, and there was two lines in there I really liked. :D

Yeah, that was a very angry poem. Hah. That really sucks that happened though. >_< Something kinda like that happened to me. But in third grade.... Hahaha. Doesn't really count. :P
