The last one in blue is from http://www.fanfiction.net/s/6752826/1/ Though I think I should warn you it's a smutty sort-of-Twilight fanfic. The first insanity line is pretty common, I think I first read it in a book but I'm not sure about it's original origin. The altered sticks and stones line is mine =) Happy reading! haha
