Sadly enough, I know of a woman who claims to be a mother- Jeanette's mum is based off of her. I can't stand the vile woman, and I truly wish she'd disappear off of the face of the planet.

Haha yeah the hair thing is a little creepy by today’s standards
But a few centuries back, giving someone a lock of hair was viewed as a promise of commitment and loyalty
Some people would even set it in stones and wore it in a ring
But I thought that was a little to weird even for Paulina lol and went with the locket instead

No way, 7th year would be waaaaay too long of a wait. It would probably be a 4 week break for them, seeing he's gonna go into hiding after it all happens, then he comes looking for her. They would meet back up during the summer, don't worry.
